At SunnyDesignSposters.nl we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.

1. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order for shipping. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day (s).

2. Shipping methods and costs

We offer different shipping methods, depending on your location and preferences. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of (shipping) address and total purchase amount. Shipments within the Netherlands are always free, regardless of the purchase amount. The available shipping methods and associated costs are displayed during the checkout process.

3. Delivery time

The delivery time depends on your location. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
  • Rest of the EU: 1-10 working days
  • Rest of the world: N.V.T.

Keep in mind that delivery times are indicative and delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control. However, we always strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

4. Delivery area

We ship to the Netherlands and to countries within the European Union. Is your country not listed? Then contact us. In such cases we will do our best to make a manual order for you and discuss an alternative solution.

5. Tracking of orders

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number. With your order number and e-mail address you can also follow your shipment via the chat function on the website under the heading 'Follow my order'. In this way you can follow the progress of your shipment online. Keep in mind that it can take some time before tracking information is available.

6. Non-home Policy

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second attempt or deliver the package to a nearby collection point, depending on the carrier and the specific circumstances. If the package is not collected and returned to us, contact us. If you choose to have the package returned, additional shipping costs may be charged. If you choose to cancel the order, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase amount to be repaid. You are responsible for receiving the delivery.

7. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives or will be lost during shipment, please contact us within 7 days (incl.) After the planned delivery date. We will investigate the problem and, if applicable, send a replacement product or provide a refund.

8. Customs and import duties

International orders can be subject to customs and import duties that are levied by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict the costs.

9. Changes and cancellations

If you want to make a change to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to honor your request, but cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible if the order has already been processed or sent.
