At SunnyDesignPosters.nl we do our utmost to be satisfied with our products. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can find our repayment policy below.

1. Right of withdrawal

Within the EU you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the product.

2. Submit a return application

We use a return policy of 30 days, which means that returning is possible within 30 days of receiving your order.

All products that are returned must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as in which you have received it.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Return of products

After withdrawing you should return the products to us as quickly as possible, but in any case within 30 days of receiving your order. 4. Repayment

When we have received, checked and approved your return shipment, we will repay the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. The reimbursement will be made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; In any case, no costs will be charged for the reimbursement.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications or that are clearly personal in nature. This includes tailor -made posters and products that are personalized at the request of the customer.

6. Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defect or wrong product, we request that you inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will ask you for proof of the defect or the wrong delivery (for example photos). After confirming the defect or the wrong delivery, we will send you a replacement product without extra costs or, if you wish, repay the full purchase amount.

7. Exchange

We do not do exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we request that you return the product according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
