The processing time* of your order is usually 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times* are as follows:

• Netherlands : 1-2 working days
• European Union : 1-5 business days
• Rest of Europe : 1-10 working days
• Rest of the world : 1-15 business days

*It is important to note that processing and delivery times are estimates and there may be factors outside of our control that affect actual delivery, such as delays with shipping services, busy periods or holidays. However, we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means that returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order.

All products that are returned must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Stick the return label* on the (poster tube) box and take the package to the nearest shipping point.
5. Keep the shipping receipt with traceable shipping in a safe place.

• European Union free shipping from 25 euros (for orders under 25 euros the shipping costs are €5.95)
• Rest of Europe & UK free shipping from 35 euros (for orders under 35 euros shipping costs are €7.95)
• Rest of the world free shipping from 50 euros (for orders under 50 euros shipping costs are €9.95)
