The processing time* of your order is usually 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been sent, the estimated delivery times* are as follows:

• The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
• European Union: 1-5 working days
• Rest of Europe: 1-10 working days
• Rest of the world: 1-15 working days

* It is important to note that the processing and delivery times are estimates and that there may be factors outside of our control that influence the actual delivery, such as delays at the transport services, crowds or holidays. However, we always strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Then contact us. In such cases we will do our best to make a manual order for you and/or to discuss a suitable solution.

We use a return policy of 30 days, which means that returning is possible within 30 days of receiving your order.

All products that are returned must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as in which you have received it.
• The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Stick the return label* on the (poster) box and bring the package to the nearest shipping point nearby.
5. Save the shipping proof with traceable shipping well.
