How long will it take to receive my order?

The processing time for your order is usually 1-3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times* are as follows:

  • Netherlands : 1-2 working days
  • Rest of EU : 1-10 working days
  • Rest of the world : N/A

*It is important to note that these delivery times are estimates and there may be factors beyond our control that affect actual delivery, such as shipping delays or public holidays. However, we always strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Netherlands & all EU countries.

Is your country not listed?

Please contact us. In such cases we will do our best to create a manual order for you and discuss an alternative solution.

How can I return (partially) my order?

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means that returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order.

All products that are returned must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  2. After approval you will receive a return form.
  3. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Stick the return label* on the (poster tube) box and take the package to the nearest shipping point.
  5. Keep the shipping receipt with traceable shipping in a safe place.
